Refunds
Version 1.0. Last updated 28 July 2026.
30 days, any reason, no questions asked.
Crew Tower has no trial. You buy it, you use it properly on your own machines with your own agents, and if it is not for you, you say so and you get your money back.
One email to support@crewtower.app is the whole process.
Why it works this way
A trial of a tool like this tells you nothing. Crew Tower only shows its worth after you have been running agents through it for a few days, in your own terminal, on your own work, and no seven day countdown fits that honestly.
So the money-back window is the trial, and it is long enough to be a real one. You are not being asked to gamble ten dollars on a screenshot.
How to ask
Email support@crewtower.app from the address you bought with, or include your license key or order number. You do not have to give a reason. If you want to tell us what went wrong we will read it and it will probably change the product, but it is not a condition of anything.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase.
What happens then
The refund is issued through Polar, our merchant of record, back to the payment method you used. Polar handles the money; how quickly it lands is up to your bank or card issuer, and is usually within a week or so.
Your license is revoked at the same time. The app will notice within a day, stop working and remove its hooks from your agents' configuration, so nothing of ours is left standing between your agents and your commands. Your agents keep working exactly as they did before you installed Crew Tower.
After 30 days
The window is 30 days, and we do mean 30. If something has gone wrong that is our fault, write anyway and say so, and we will sort it out. There is one person reading that inbox and they would much rather fix your problem than keep ten dollars.
Chargebacks
Please ask us first. A refund by email takes one message and reaches you faster than a chargeback does. Card network rules and Polar's own checks apply to disputes, so going straight to your bank is the slower path, not the safer one.
Your legal rights
This policy is what we offer on top of the law, not instead of it. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects the rights you have where you live, including any statutory right to cancel or to a remedy for a product that is faulty or not as described.
Because Polar is the merchant of record, their buyer terms also apply to the transaction itself.
